I contacted Esteban Land Design for a severe leak I had at my valve box, which had been installed by my home's previous owner at the edge of the back patio (poor location). Esteban's crew had to pull up the pavers, install new valves (professional valves, not the cheap ones I had), installed a new properly sized valve box to make accessing in the future easier, then reinstalled the pavers. I moved into an older home that was neglected and in need of repairs. The front and back irrigation systems were leaking everywhere and a complete mess. The owner, Mr. Rodriguez personally came out to our home to look at our landscaping and existing watering system. He said our front and back landscape watering system was all on one line. His crew installed lines for the trees separate from the plants. He was very reasonably priced, and his company did an excellent job with our watering system. In one week, the trees in our front yard turned from brown to green, they were not receiving enough water to grow properly. He also added stakes to the trees to avoid wind damage. I have been searching for a knowledgeable irrigation specialist for years to no avail. My last two non-successful attempts resulted in an enormous bill from one company to fix one small leak and the second company required me to submit credit card information before they would even put me on a ‘first come, first serve’ list and told me they couldn’t tell me when they were coming until the day before their visit. That meant they had ensured payment and I was left with what could be a leak in my system potentially for weeks before they would show! Both were enormously bad choices. I then was given a ‘word of mouth’ suggestion from a friend that led me to Esteban Land Design, Inc.

When I called them, they were very courteous and made an appointment for the next day for a ‘look see’ and free estimate to both fix the one leak that had by now grown to a full gusher as well as install new, high quality tubing and feeds to fix my system for years! Well, the work was done very quickly using materials that guaranteed longevity at a price that was significantly better than any I had ever received before.
